Rules and Regulations

• Attendance Rules
• Student must arrive at school 10 minutes before the school starts.
• Students coming without uniform will be sent back from the school.
• No student is allowed to go outside the premises or home-except by the method adopted by the school.
• The students must take care of their books and the school property. Anything damaged and destroyed be reported at once to the principal.
• It is not advisable to bring valuable articles in to the school. Books, Boxes, pencil and Tiffin carriers should be marked with the student’s name.
• Where there is an outbreak of any contagious disease in the family, the student must not come to the school without the usual certificate from the doctor.
• If a student has been absent, the reason for his absence should be explained by the parents or guardians in the assignments.
• No leave or absence is granted except prior written application from the parents/guardians excepting sickness.
• Books, other than course books, should be brought into the school.
• Co-operation for the well being of the child even in the form of complaint is highly appreciated out parents/guardians are requested to send the same in writing.
• When classes are in session, parents must not visit the classes.
• The wards of the employee of this school get free education means son & daughters of the employees only.
• Deficience of student is discussed in the parents – teachers association meeting. The date & time of the meeting is communicated to the parents, guardians by the principal.
• Fess will be paid on all the working days. If the fees are not paid by the closing day of the month, the pupil’s name will be struck off and fine Rs. 20/- will be charged from the defaulter every month.
• Transfer
• Fees will be charged as usual for transfer certificate/SLC.
• School fees and other charged up to the month of issue of T.C.
• The transfer certificate is issued only after an application is submitted by the guardian or parent before 3 weeks.
• T.C. cannot be issued before the completion of six month from the date of admission or enrollment.
• ine and Expulsion
• Fine will be imposed if a student breaks or destroys school property.
• Any ill behavior with fellow students or with teachers will be seriously viewed.
• Pupils will be expelled from the institution on ground of irregular attendance, disobedience, lack of parental co-operation, insubordination to teachers or any conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school.
